Stellenbeschreibung

Our Business Unit Tubular Glass manufactures product solutions for customers in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and cosmetics sectors at seven locations in Europe and Asia. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated working student (m/f/d) in the Human Resources department with a particular focus on data collection and processing. Depending on your preference, you can choose your office location from one of our three European sites and immerse yourself directly in the production processes:

• Wertheim
• Chalôn
• Bolesławiec

There is an opportunity to travel between the plants to gain a more comprehensive understanding of our international operations and valuable insights into different business processes.

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the HR organization in day-to-day operations and within Business Unit projects
• Assisting with the creation and maintenance of reports and analyses, as well as data preparation and analysis
• Independently conducting optimization projects
• Further developing cross-departmental reports and rolling them out within the Business Unit
• Handling ad-hoc requests

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of Economics, Psychology, or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree programs (ideally with a focus on data collection and analysis)
• Strong IT affinity and digital competence
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, ideally also Power BI
• Organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
