In this position, you will have the opportunity to gain insight into the legal aspects of real estate and apply your theoretical knowledge from your studies in practice.This position is open to residents of Berlin. • Tenant Dispute Support: Assist in the legal review of tenancy-related disputes and manage correspondence with tenants and legal representatives.
• Legal Research: Conduct research on legal topics and assist in preparing reports and presentations for the legal team.
• Contract Management: Support in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts and other legal documents.
• Document Management: Organize and maintain legal records and documentation.
• Communication: Liaise with internal departments, external lawyers, and public authorities to exchange information and handle legal inquiries.
• Court Support: Assist in preparing documents for legal proceedings and hearings.
• Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the legal team.

Your Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Law or a related field with availability to support us for at least 20hours per week.
• Ability to understand and process complex legal information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluent German is a plus.
• Proactive and capable of managing tasks independently.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; experience with legal software is a plus.
