This is your chance to join the C&A team as a Working Student (m/f/d) HR Legal!Your responsibilities

• Drive Employment law advice for Business & People & Culture to ensure legal compliance
• Manage all sort of People & Culture templates (employment contracts, warnings, terminations, any kind of relevant P&C contracts) to ensure legal compliance
• Support labor court proceedings
• Drive training measures for managers and P&C colleagues to ensure legal compliance throughout the company

Key Relationships:

• Social Partnership & HR Legal team
• HR community in general
• Business stakeholders

What you bring

• Law student, 6th semester or lawyer with 1st bar exam
• Ideally specialized in labor law or at least interest in labor law
• English skills
• MS Office skills
