What is the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated people to join our workplace banking team. Your key objective will be to build relationships with companies in Dublin with a view to driving our bank at work offering. You will be responsible for carving out new relationships, developing existing relationships and re-establishing previous relationships with the top employers in Dublin.
This role requires a highly driven person who has evidence of being both a self-starter and team player.
Key Accountabilities:
-Developing relationships with the top companies in Dublin
-Meeting and exceeding financial targets
-Developing market knowledge and expertise on all mortgage products and related services
-Guiding and supporting customers from initial inquiry to drawdown
What You Will Bring:
-Demonstrate an agile and flexible approach that best meets customer needs at a time and place that best suits them.
-Sales experience with a self-starting goal orientated mentality
-Demonstrate and communicate market leading product knowledge in the areas of mortgages and regulation.
-QFA held (however if not fully qualified, a commitment to becoming fully accredited and qualified within 12-18 months)
-Hold a minimum of 3 years’ experience in providing Mortgage advice in Ireland.
