PL25/KATOWICE/IC/WORKPLACEENGINEERWITHGERMANWe are seeking experienced Level 2 and Level 3 Workplace Engineers to provide end-user support and ensure operational excellence for a multinational environment. This role focuses on supporting and maintaining workplace infrastructure, including Office 365, Windows laptop patching, account provisioning and printing support.Project information:

• Location: Katowice (hybrid or remote)
• Type of employment: UoP or B2B contract
• Project language: English & German

Responsibilities:Perform systems design, software integration, installation, decommissioning and IT operationsMonitor and manage Windows laptops (hardware and software) to ensure performance, security and user satisfactionConduct acceptance testing, respond to user feedback and optimize user experienceSupport internal communications, including creation and delivery of electronic messaging across the organizationProvide remote support to end usersCoordinate with cross-functional technical teams and external service providers to maintain system stability and implement enhancementsAddress findings from technical and security audits and ensure compliance with IT policiesRequirements:

• Fluency in German and English (B2 levels)

Experience monitoring Windows workstations via a Content Management System (CMS)Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshootingSolid understanding of Windows Workstation environments, particularly in Office 365/M365 applicationsStrong problem-solving skills in desktop support and application-related issues * Hands-on experience in Windows system administration, service configuration, networking, and basic database understandingWe offer:
