For our customer, we are looking for a Workplace Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Knowledge Transfer Writer to support our Managed Workplace transition. This role focuses on documentation, training materials, and content strategy related to workplace technologies, ensuring a smooth knowledge handover to delivery teams.Project information:

• Location: Remote
• Type of employment: B2B contract or
• Remuneration: Up to 110 PLN/hour net + VAT on B2B
• Project language: German + English

Your tasks:

• Acting as the main point of contact for both internal and external communications related to knowledge transfer
• Serving as the Knowledge SME for Managed Workplace services, including:

• Laptops and workstations
• Microsoft Defender & mail security
• M365 platform
• Mobile device management
• Automation and software packaging
• Creating high-quality documentation and training content to support service transitions
• Organizing and maintaining knowledge platforms to ensure accessibility and usability
• Ensuring that all deliverables meet defined quality standards
• Supporting handover activities from transition to steady-state delivery teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience in knowledge management, technical writing, and digital content strategy.
• Experience with organizing and managing knowledge platforms.
• Solid understanding of workplace IT environments and related technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
