Responsibilities

  • Manages complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and make recommendations. Works closely with business leaders to develop business plans based on historical and forecasted data and reports.

  • Defines the metrics required to measure business performance, compares actual data to forecasted values, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps.

  • Identifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.

  • Set key BM KPIs, drive its execution & SBTN with each markets with approprite level of granularity: track and influence order intake / ST / WOS / AGED / top deals tracking,…), knows MS SBTN and get clear detailed view on future demand evolution. Setup appropriate POM. Secured key deals/escalations execution with SC.

  • Build demand steering guidance through deep dive analysis data analysis & drive execution with each of the markets appropriate POM : Tailor/rework with each market demand / backlog to drive optimized and faster execution (regular meeting with MSC and market teams, DS tool and backlog deep dive analysis,…), guide markets & accountable to bring demand where needed with sense of emergency

  • Manages complex, time- sensitive market research projects and synthesizes data and information to identify relevant trends and next steps.

  • Develops go-forward business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns.

  • Expert of business dynamics on his scope to set goals and drive business / strategy recommendation and implementation: Deep understanding and analysis of key market dynamics (shipment evolution, MS evolution by segment, TAM, demand, ST, competition and technology dynamics targets,…) to help set and drive appropriate goals / strategies (quota, alloc, goals,…). In charge to proactively build recommendation and drive related action se cure the execution.

  • Works with cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities at WW level and across the world.

  • Act as business owner

Education and Experience Required

Typically 5-15 years experience in category, sales, strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of research methodology and the ability to manage complex data requests.

  • Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis.

  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, PPT, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.

  • Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.

  • Business / customer oriented and game changer. The candidate should be very accountable, autonomous, and consider he is managing his scope by taking the most appropriate decision as if it was his own company

  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Developed relationship management skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to identify and summarize relevant trends from market and industry data.
