Learning Technology Administrator

About the role
We are seeking a Learning Technology Administrator to join our team. Your role will encompass the upkeep of both Campus Based and Distance Learning technology, guaranteeing seamless delivery of online lectures and providing technical assistance to both staff and students. Additionally, you will oversee the recording and management of audio-visual materials, collaborating closely with the Learning Technology Supervisor and Distance Learning hub to ensure optimal support for our staff and students.
About you
Having prior experience in a fast-paced office setting, offering operational guidance and support, you will grasp the significance of meeting customer requirements while delivering great service. We seek an individual who adopts a solution-oriented mindset, prioritising customer needs above all else.
