Financial Planning & Analysis Controller – All genders
What will be your responsabilities?
Manage and coordinate Forecasting processes (Budget, Strat Plan, Forecast) for the Group:
- Set-up the detailed Budget and StratPlan process steps, review and agree them with the key process contributors, coordinate the different functions/departments (e: Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc), adapt/re-design processes to the business needs and changes, align process’ stakeholders on the Calendar.
- Prepare the agenda of the Budget and StratPlan Reviews, coordinate with the Units and the Regional controllers and CFOs, build the templates for the presentations for the Corporate EVPs.
- Lead budget guidelines definition in coordination with Corporate management, Regional/Units CFOs and Controllers.
- Ensure user training plans are in place, as well as tools are properly set-up and available.
- Drive clear and effective communication to the process stakeholders, draw-up periodic newsletters, organize meetings, perform reviews and analysis, propose and implement changes/improvements.
- Lead Strat Plan P&L preparation in close collaboration with Regional/Units CFOs
- Lead CEBIT Forecast process by working closely with Regional/Units CFOs and Controllers
- Improve/re-design processes to generate forecasts and analyze historical data
Contribute to the Financial Analysis of the consolidated performance of the Group:
- Perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis of the consolidated P&L performance in order to evaluate the company’s progresses toward the achievement of the targets and map out re-forecasts and plans.
- Generate monthly, Budget/Strat Plan/P&L Projection and ad-hoc consolidated analyses and reporting on the Group’s performance to the top management.
Who are you?
- Master in finance or accounting, 7 years of experience in a finance or consulting department of an international company.
- Want to play a major role in supporting decisions made by the company’s CEO, CFO, and the executive leadership team.
- Excellent Project Management Skill, In-depth understanding of business, group organization, reporting systems and analysis.
- Assertive, strong communication and influencing skills.
- Expert user of Excel, Power Point, Word
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
