Region Business Group Lead – Technology (Location: Gallia) in Paris, France

Introduction:

The Region Business Group Lead – Technology leads Avanade’s Technology Business Group (BG) in Gallia and is responsible for the strategic direction of the technology propositions, offerings, and capabilities in the region and ensuring immediate business and operational capability needs are met in support of growing the business and taking the best of Avanade to our clients.

This role is also accountable for driving the region Tech BG go-to-market, providing thought leadership, achieving sales and revenue targets, building culture within the group, and ensuring we have the right Tech talent in the right places achieving defined productivity metrics. This role owns the Tech strategy for the region. It oversees development and execution of growth and capability plans. In partnership with other groups and Integrated Go-to-Market, it will bring the best of Avanade to address critical client business issues.

What you’ll do:

• Define and drive implementation of the region Tech BG strategy and growth plan

• Set and achieve region BG KPIs; conduct regular plan reviews with regional and area leaders and address gaps

• Oversee development and ensure execution of regional go-to-market plans in alignment with the regional strategy

• Provide strategic direction and leadership of capabilities, solutions, and practitioners to meet the needs of Gallia

• Collaborate with regional leadership to define the Integrated Go-to-Market portfolio for the region

Skills and experiences:

• Education and/or experience in the relevant field/business

• 10+ years growing and leading a profitable tech consulting business

• Managerial experience leading leaders and regional teams

• Experience translating enterprise strategy into business strategy and delivering objectives for a company

• Track record of client leadership as an executive sponsor on large deals or top priority clients

• Deep technical expertise and expert knowledge of MSFT eco-system & how to derive business value from it.
