COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT M/F APPRENTICESHIP

Why do we need you ?

We are looking for our new Communications Assistant apprentice starting September 2024.

Within the Global Marketing Team, you will report to the Communication Manager and will work closely with marketing teams in France, UK and Germany, as well as the EMEA Sales Team. Your future missions will be:

???? COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

You will create digital content and will be in charge of the brand’s community management on its platforms (Linkedin, YouTube, internal networks, etc.) in compliance with the editorial line

???? MARKETING AUTOMATION

You will activate digital levers to generate traffic, leads and increase conversion rates

????️ SEO CONTENT

You will update and enrich our websites contents by taking into consideration SEO objectives and performances

???? OFFLINE COMMUNICATION

You will create and deliver print materials for the field teams and customers

???? PRODUCT LAUNCH CAMPAIGNS

You will help the team with product launch campaigns

???? EXPORT COMMUNICATION

You will support the export sales team in the production of dedicated communication for special events (exhibition, …) or campaigns

In your daily life you’ll be meant to use the following applications (more to follow if interested ????):

• CMS: Drupal
• Marketing Creation tools: Adobe suite (InDesign), Canva, …
• Marketing Automation tool: Pardot (Salesforce)
• Social media: LinkedIn

Is this job for you ?

More than a diploma or level of experience, it’s your personality that will make the difference ????

• You are currently a Bachelor or a Master degree in a Business School or University with a specialization in communication or equivalent
• You have a creative personality: you are comfortable with graphic design tools
• You are not afraid to work in an international environment: you are comfortable in English and French (spoken & written). A good knowledge in German would be a bonus
• You enjoy teamwork
• You are curious, enthusiastic, determined and committed, and your sense of taking initiatives will help you evolve quickly in our organization. You are a true actor of your professional mission and you are a full member of the team.

Steps to join us

• If we want to go further with your application, you will first have an interview (in English & French) with our Communication Manager
• A small exercise or case study could be requested
• Then, an interview with our manager will be organized (by Teams or in the office)
• Finally, you’ll have a meeting (Teams) with our HR team

Our Marketing team is made up of 5 people (3 nationalities represented) and we’ll be welcoming 3 apprentices this year. We are in close collaboration with the EMEA Sales team (15 people with 10 nationalities represented) as well as the Marketing Teams in France, UK & Germany.
