What you’ll be doing

As an Apprentice in Marketing Operations, you will assist our Marketing team in managing marketing collaterals, as well as on several internal communication initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders within Marketing and with Business Development and Product Management across the Simulation and Test Solutions organization to gather, review and enhance marketing assets and tools. In return, we will help you gain real-life working experience to get you started on the right path in your marketing career.

Your primary mission will be to:

• Help the product and industry teams create newsletters.
• Process incoming videos or images by following guidelines and following up with owners to gather missing information.
• Review social media entries by users of our software and follow up with them to gather videos or pictures.
• Help ensure internal/external databases of documents, videos and images are always fresh and follow guidelines.
• Help with the documentation of processes and marketing operations.
• Monthly, check the incoming spreadsheet for press release clippings and work with the business analyst to ensure the respective dashboard is up to date.

Depending on your skills development and the team’s projects, your missions may evolve during your apprenticeship.

This 12 or 24-month apprenticeship is based in Lyon (France) and is available from September 2024.

What you’ll bring

• Enrolled in a 4-year university, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing.
• You are open-minded and able to network, collaborate and influence others to contribute.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and autonomy.
• Proficient in computer skills including SharePoint and Microsoft 365 apps (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, andExperience

• Experience in project management is very much appreciated.
• Experience with Office365 and its Apps (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Planner).
• Experience in the world of engineering can be helpful but it is not necessary.
