Reporting to the National Sales & Marketing Director, you’ll be a driving force in enhancing the domestic commercial policies, while conducing and applying these strategies to a little customer base.
YOUR KEY MISSION
ENHANCING THE COMMERCIAL STRATEGY
- Refine and bring up to date the market segmentation and its monitoring with KPIs
- Respecting the refreshed segmentation; budgeting A&P, coordinating the elaboration of Brand Plans with Marketing Team, and Product Allocation with Sales Team
- Paired with the HQ POS & Packaging team, developing new POS disposals following the Market Strategy and provide feedback on the current POS Catalogue
- Elaborating Promotion and Incentive Plans for Key Accounts and C&C/Wholesalers
OUTLET EXECUTION
- With a small customer base (both On-premises and Off-premises), maintain a first-order relationship, to conduce commercial pilot projects and gather market intelligence
- Improve the brand loyalty of the outlet, and properly execute the product visibility and activation strategy, while monitoring the Sales aspect and ROI.
- Brand advocacy in pair with Brand Ambassadors
TRANSVERSAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Collaborating with the others dept. you’ll contribute to the execution of a vast array of projects, whether it be Product Development, S&R Projects etc.
- Collaborate in the preparation of promotion and incentive plan for the sales force.
- Monitor new RTM, field & competitive intelligence, in a fast-moving market
- Collaborate closely with the local eCom dept. and contribute to canal growth

- You have a Master’s Degree ( university or business school) Marketing/Comercial Strategy focused
- You have at least 18 months of experience in comercial/marketing strategy, FMCG preferred.
- You are familiar with On-Trade business approach, Off-Trade is a plus.
- A field experience is appreciated.
