WHAT WE DO IN SALES ANALYTICS
The primary objective of the Sales Analytics team is to equip the sales teams at AVIV with data-driven insights aimed at enhancing sales performance, boosting revenue growth, and facilitating informed operational and strategic decision-making. To accomplish this, the Sales Analytics team is implementing automated monitoring systems for critical sales KPIs, including metrics such as revenue, churn rate, and ARPA, to gauge the effectiveness of sales initiatives. The Sales Analytics team collaborates with other teams at AVIV to conduct thorough analyses of sales processes, encompassing an examination of the sales funnel, conversion rates, and the duration of the sales cycle. Furthermore, the Sales Analytics team provides accessible dashboards and offers both ad-hoc and comprehensive analyses to track and assess relevant sales-related KPIs.
Job Description
WHAT ARE YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- You will be part of the Sales Analytics team and work closely with the AVIV Sales Performance and AVIV Sales teams, understand their needs and provide reporting solutions that fulfill their expectations.
- You will build and improve automated processes, help tracking and monitoring sales performance indicators, raise alerts and share these KPIs with your stakeholders.
- You are the first point of contact for your stakeholders and will take over projects independently and conduct in-depth analyses.
- You will advise the stakeholder and find creative solutions to increase sales effectiveness and revenue.
- You will provide dashboards, perform ad-hoc and in-depth analysis and make recommendations based on your findings.
- You will advise and support the AVIV data engineers team in implementing the business logics in the process of data transformation.
Qualifications
ABOUT YOU:
- You have significant experience in the data analytics field.
- You have an advanced analytical mindset and experience uncovering data insights to form hypothesis, evaluating results and making recommendation.
- You have proven experience in the project management, being able to prioritize and guide others on data and business objectives.
- You have analytics skills and have experience on the following aspects:

Business Intelligence: solid professional experience in the field of data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics engineering

Data Warehousing and Data Modeling: skilled in creating and optimizing data models, collaborating seamlessly with data engineers to align with business needs

Relational databases: expertise in working with relational databases (e.g. MS SQL Server)

Google BigQuery familiarity: while not mandatory, experience with Google BigQuery is highly beneficial

Advanced knowledge of SQL: proficient in utilizing advanced SQL techniques for comprehensive data analysis

Dashboarding (Tableau): skilled in creating interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Tableau for effective data presentation

Python proficiency: an additional advantage is proficiency in Python for data analytics, enhancing the ability to automate processes and perform advanced analyses

- You possess a keen attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and precision of data analysis and reporting.
- You are solution-oriented and able to take initiative independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with international cross functional teams (fluency in English and French are required).
