Follow @blackstone on , , and .Job Title: Executive Assistant, Human ResourcesBusiness Unit: EMEA Human ResourcesKey Responsibilities:Field all telephone calls for senior team (VP+)Diary management for senior teamCoordinate internal and external meetings for senior team, plus main departmental occurrencesManage HR team meetings & social/team building eventsManage general professional administration of a highly confidential and sensitive natureOrganise all travel itineraries and arrangements for senior teamProvide support to lateral recruitment team around recruitment process management, recruitment initiatives and projects (new systems implementations etc.)Monthly reconciliation of professionals’ expenses for senior teamOccasional support to the campus recruitment team with the facilitation of in-person interviewsWorking with the campus and internal events team on planning in-office campus eventsDrafting HR documents and liaising with external parties, when requiredUploading documents to Workday, Box and/or SharePointIn partnership with HR Analytics group, provide support around reporting and analysis of key HR metricsManagement of the administration process around onboarding and offboarding consultants, secondees and temp workers for London and European officesAssistance with annual EA eventAdmin support for Affinity Network meetingsCoordination support for Talent development on-site eventsCoordinate monthly placeholder for HR provision of accruals to financeAdmin support for visiting senior HR team membersProvide support for ad hoc projects as requiredQualifications:Our people are our most valuable asset.
