Job Description:Are you ready to bring your human resource passion and join the Corporate Human Resources department?Within our HR Department is looking for an energetic and empathic person to join the Fleet Hotel HR Team in the role of Hotel People Management & Planning Partner.The Hotel People Management & Planning Partner position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The candidate will report to the Hotel People Management & Planning Manager and will be part of a team of 10 persons.How you’ll live your ambition:From our offices in Genoa, as a Hotel People Management &Planning Partner, you will be responsible for aligning company objectives with employees and management in designated business units by participating in the implementation of specific HR projects, procedures and guidelines while keeping ship crew members aligned with the Company’s strategic objectives.Demonstrate your passion
- You will assign and schedules the embarkation of crew members to the right ship/deployment area, according to their skills and competences, following strategic and operational requirements.
- You will participate in the implementation of HR specific projects, procedures and guidelines keeping the ship crew members aligned with the strategic goals of the Company.
Get things right
- You will provide solutions to HR organizational emergencies, addressing key issues in a timely manner
- You will analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
- You will works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

- You have at least 3 years of working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
- You hold an academic background in Hr, Economics, Psychology, Business, International Studies, Languages or a degree in another area and a master in Hr or recruitment.
- You proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- You possess relevant interpersonal skills, flexible and highly stress resistant and customer service skills
- Contribute with a data-driven approach and an analytical mindset
- As a global citizen, you embrace diversity and communicate fluently in English (any other language represents an appreciated skill)
