Applicants must be eligible to work in the specified locationThis opportunity for a Senior Software Developer will require attendance at the East London office twice a week. The contract will be for 18 months initially and be run via an umbrella company. Rate is £450 per day.The Senior Software Developer will work in a small team expand an existing an Azure application that is responsible to calculate high volumes of payment data. The team are responsible for the stand-alone system which provides transactional data to wide range of consuming systems through data and APIs.The Senior Software Developer will have expert knowledge of defining and building integrated solution for using: Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines, C# .NET Framework, PowerShell, Microsoft SQL Server, Specflow, XML, Agile Scrum, Azure Cloud.The Senior Software Developer will be experienced in end-to-end delivery of bespoke developed systems and integrating with multiple data sources supplied by other parties, other working areas of the programme and project or engage with 3rd parties when necessary.Must have skills:

• Expertise in developing, supporting, and maintaining data-centric, highly complex and calculation heavy end-user web applications used by internal and external subject matter experts
• Expertise in developing, supporting, and maintaining primarily Microsoft .NET based applications and API’s serving a wide range of large-scale, high performance, transactional systems
• Expertise in on-premise development, DevOps, and deployment methodologies and tools
• Demonstrable experience of proactive delivery of business critical, high profile, systems with tight, rapid, iterations
• Demonstrable experience of outstanding team work and excellent collaboration with a wide range of delivery teams
