PROJECT MANAGER – CONSTRUCTIONLocation: SolihullSalary: £70,000 – £80,000Benefits: 10% Car allowance, private healthcare, pension, 25 days holidayCompany: Award Winning Main ContractorBenefits: Flexible working on offerCompany:My client is an award-winning contractor who are seeking a Project Manager to join their Midlands region, the ideal candidate will be well placed for Solihull.They are a highly successful, established, cash rich contractors and have a strong reputation as a great employer who work on New Build Industrial and Commercial projects valued from £10 million to £90 million.Experience working on Industrial schemes would be desirable for this position but not essential and the successful candidate will have delivered projects of circa £20m in value.Project Manager Opportunity:This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager seeking a new challenge, to join a company and develop their career whilst working alongside ambitious and dynamic teams who pride themselves on excellence, integrity, and an exceptional company culture!! • An experienced Project Manager
• Delivered schemes from inception to completion as a number 1
• Main contractor background
• Ideally worked on Industrial projects
• Ambitious and self-motivated individual, able to think on your feet.
• Degree or HND in a relevant subject or Trades background
• Full UK Driving License
• A stable track record of employment.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Applicants will ideally have experience of managing all aspects of the build process as well as up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation
• SMSTS and CSCS
• First Aid at Work
• Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong team leadership skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to think ahead
• Proven Longevity with Previous Employers
