For more information, visit .The Opportunity:This Marketing Coordinator role is part of the CRM Data/Analytics Team. With a focus on data analysis and maintenance, this marketing professional ensures that client, contact, business, and marketing data stored in CRM is up to date and prepares analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating complex data structures, processes, and requirements.
- Providing data and analysis to produce marketing reports & KPIs.
- Tracking and analyzing campaign performance to measure success and helping to incorporate learnings in future campaigns.
- Marketing and data integrity projects related to CRM (e.g. account address clean-up, contacts information, etc.).
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize data visualizations and other self-service tools to provide actionable insights that enhance business decision making.
- Data request support (information from CRM databases from the business and from other support functions).
- Assisting with and answering queries related to: account, contact and marketing activities.
- Ensuring the data in CRM is up to date, using internal and external sources.
Required Experience and Skills:
- University degree from reputed Polish or international university with a consistent record of academic excellence.
- 0-2 years’ experience working in a similar role elsewhere (e.g. CRM, data management/analysis).
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office software applications (knowledge of Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, formulas is a must).
- Passion for data and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM/Marketing Automation software or a strong motivation to learn.
- Experience with Tableau or similar is a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and campaign performance metrics is a plus.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to handle pressure and work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to interact with people at all levels of the company.
