As the Marketing Manager, Systems & Workflow, you are responsible for defining, developing, and driving fully integrated global multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to clinical laboratories, with the primary aim to raise awareness, drive demand, and help meet our global revenue and growth targets.
A day in the life:

Independently represent and provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge of clinical laboratories and the Phadia Laboratory Systems product portfolio. Translate that into messaging and marketing programs that elicit action from our target audiences

Be the authority on clinical laboratory customers, passionate about workflow and operational efficiencies, and how our full offering (systems, service, and allergy & autoimmunity tests) can meet their needs

Help develop laboratory customer personas and buying journeys based on a comprehensive understanding of the needs and preferences of lab customers

Ensure value props, messaging, and content is tailored to and resonates with laboratory audiences

Responsible for global content development targeting laboratories for IDD’s section of the thermofisher.com commercial website

Support the Downstream HCP & Patients Marketing team to develop laboratory focused content across relevant platforms
-
Reflect changes in the product portfolio and supporting evidence. Translate those into value propositions tailored to customer needs

Identify key performance indicators to measure success and report out campaign metrics on a routine basis

Build and deliver effective sales training for autoimmunity in collaboration with product lifecycle management (PLCM) and Regional Marketing teams

Collaborate with PLCM, Medical & Scientific (MSA), Regional Marketing, other internal stakeholders and external marketing agencies to develop bold marketing content

Ensure consistency with brand and company standards.
Keys to Success:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in biology, immunology, or a related field
Experience
-
3+ years of marketing, product management, or similar experience with in-depth knowledge of the clinical laboratory market, ideally within diagnostics or healthcare

5 years of experience in a marketing role with proven core competences: marketing program development and execution, channels, segmentation, value propositions and messaging
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Possess a strong understanding of how laboratories operate and develop relevant value-based messaging

Experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns to drive adoption, generate demand and ongoing usage, and build dedicated customers

Experience in marketing to clinical laboratories

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to distill complex information into concise and easy to understand concepts and communication

Great teammate, strong collaborative skills, motivated to operate in a diverse, multicultural environment

Able to translate strategies into executable plans

Strong project management skills and able to drive multiple projects forward simultaneously

Able to navigate ambiguity and handle changing priorities

Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present publicly to varying audience sizes in an English-speaking environment
