- Assist the HRBP team and managers with data completeness:
HR database management
Analysis of user experience issues
Process resolution and optimization in collaboration with the internal HR team
- Support the HRBP manager in managing the HRBP dashboard
- Opportunity to participate in HR projects based on interest, skills and business needs
Profile required :
- Currently enrolled in a 5-year higher education program (specializing in HR), you have initial successful experience in human resources.
- You have good problem-solving and communication skills, and are a team player.
- Experienced in handling confidential data.
- You have a good command of IT tools (Teams, Excel, Oracle, Forms, etc.).
- Fluency in English is recommended.
