About the RoleAs an HR Intern, you will support HR and administrative housekeeping of the internal operations of Fever. It may offer the opportunity to obtain exposure and increase responsibility through your time at the company.

  • Working daily on the different HR tools and keeping them up to date.
  • Help the compensation team define roles and create visual position maps.
  • Ensuring compliance within the company. Work closely with all areas of HR to ensure labour and compensation compliance.
  • Analyzing and making benchmarks for new positions within Fever.
  • Being in contact with other departments to follow up on recurring tasks from the Compensation team and learning about the different procedures inside HR.
  • Exploring and implementing new processes inside the HR department.

About You

  • Applicants must be currently enrolled in a college degree/master’s program and be able to work in our Madrid office.
  • Spanish native and English fluent is essential.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of compensation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite + Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-identification and problem-solving skills.
