Senior Business Analyst – WarwickshireOur Warwickshire client is looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst.You will be taking the lead in building strong working relationships between IT and one of our client’s business units. You will be leading the planning and implementation of projects from idea to completion.Responsibilities of the Senior Business Analyst:

• Maintain business relationships between IT and the customer base.
• Identify customer needs and ensure that IT can meet these needs over time
• Provide enhanced products and services
• Act as Business Analyst and/or Project Manager as Projects required.

Experience required:

• Substantial experience as a Business Relationship Lead, Project Manager, and Business Analyst
• Excellent experience in complex project delivery, coordinating technical resources, and managing a variety of different projects at any one time
• Experience and understanding of database and systems design
• A proven solid knowledge of both traditional and Agile Project Management methods
• Proven track record of managing project teams
