He/she provides remote and onsite support in close cooperation with the local medical centre. The role also works in strong relationship with the Group and in an international engineer network.Major Accountabilities:· Work closely with local medical centres’ team to ensure installed medical devices are maintained to company standards· First contact point for medical centres· Coordination of external suppliers’ service interventions· Monitoring of instrument and service performance· Communication with all involved stakeholders· Technical support remotely and on-site· Installation of medical equipment at customer’s facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications.Education: Technical degree in Engineering or equivalent/comparable technology with continued education.Experience:· 2 years experience, with maintaining medical or analytical devices or similar (has worked with Siemens/Samsung/GE/Philips or any main contractor) is a plus· Previous experience with installing, preventive maintenance and repairing medical devices· Previous experience in customer service, field service, tech support & training in medical devices is required· Customer environment experience (appearance/communication/conduct)Skills and knowledge needed:· Knowledge of service standards/account ownership/customer satisfaction/escalation· Ability to solve practical problems as mechanical, electrical, electronical, pneumatic or fluidics system as well as software configuration troubleshooting & repair· Comprehensive & data driven troubleshooting skills· Skilled in using English written/oral/schematic/diagram engineering instructions· Create team spirit and cooperation within the teamHe/she will be based in Padova
