The Role:

Become part of the Supporter Recruitment team as a Digital Acquisition Manager and lead the change in expanding our supporter base and forging meaningful connections with those who share our vision for a better world.
Please note this is a 10 months fixed term opportunity.
What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam’s mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to our feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do.
An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:
- Experience of successfully leading growth in a multi-channel supporter acquisition programme, digital fundraising or emergency fundraising programmes.
- Proven experience of a digital first approach to supporter engagement.
- A data-led decision maker who has driven continuous improvement through testing and learning.
- Experience of working with agencies on audience research, developing successful propositions and delivery of supporter recruitment activity.
- A good understanding of public campaigning and a passion for understanding and activating target audiences to achieve our mission.
- A creative solutions finder who can go beyond the ideas to rapidly put tests in place.
- Curiosity and high levels of external awareness
