Offer DescriptionA candidate applying for employment should have knowledge in the field of public management, which should be reflected in the candidate’s professional experience and scientific and research achievements. Knowledge of various management aspects in public institutions at local government, national and international levels is required. The candidate should have a PhD in one of the indicated social sciences (political and administrative sciences, sociological sciences, management and quality sciences). If one has a doctoral degree in political and administrative sciences or sociological sciences, one is expected to have completed postgraduate studies in the field of management. Fluent knowledge of English is expected (at least C1 level), and knowledge of a second foreign language is desirable. In addition, knowledge of quality management, project management, evaluation of public policies and obtaining and using European funds is preferred. • PhD degree in politics and administration or sociological sciences or management and quality sciences;
• postgraduate studies in the field of management in case of PhD degree in politics and administration or sociology;
• documented scientific achievements (publications in scientific publishing houses and scientific journals);
• documented speeches at national and international conferences;
• fluent knowledge of Polish;
• knowledge of English at least at C1 level;
• documented professional experience in public management;
• documented teaching experience at a university.

Specific RequirementsAdditional expectations for the person applying for the position mentioned above:

• participation in internships and methodological workshops in Poland or abroad;
• experience in organizing conferences or scientific seminars,;
• experience in conducting teaching classes in the areas of international management, quality management, management of European funds, and evaluation;
• experience working in the public administration sector;
• knowledge of a second foreign language.
