The Amplifon Records Graduate Program is a fantastic opportunity if you’re seeking an ambitious international challenge!This experience will take you on an 18-month journey that will begin in September 2024 at our Milan Headquarters and guarantees a permanent contract right from day one!As part of the program, you will get to work with other Graduates on a Sustainability Project that ties into our purpose: empower people to rediscover all the emotions of sound.It’s not just a job, it’s a career accelerator program crafted for those who aspire to build a career without boundaries, including exciting international rotations, challenging tasks, customized training and development programs, and the opportunity to join our lively international community.WHO ARE WE SEARCHING FOR?We are looking for young pioneers with an open and entrepreneurship mindset, dynamic approach and aspiration to be at the forefront of innovation. You are the person we are looking for if you want to: take ownership of your development, create your own tailor-made career path and take advantage of international exposure and cross-functional projects.You are eligible for this Graduate Program, if you:
- Have gained a master’s degree by the six months prior to February 2024 or plan to pursue one by December 2024, with an impressive academic record.
- Bring with you at least 5 months of work experience, gained through internships or other relevant endeavours.
- Have a track record of international experience longer than 5 months (Erasmus, work experience or international volunteering).
- Are proficient in English.
Moreover, nice-to-haves include:
- Proficiency in an additional foreign language. Any language is acceptable, but German, French, Chinese, or Spanish are strongly appreciated.
- Active membership with a role of responsibility in Students’ Associations/Communities.
THE JOURNEY
- 1st month – Induction @Milan, HQs: during the first month, you will be involved in ad-hoc trainings at our Milan Headquarters to make sure you have all the support, tools and opportunities you may need to grow and succeed. Gain insights from our business leaders and learn about our fast-growing company and familiarize yourself with the core values that drive our company.
- 6 months – Two Assignments @Milan, HQs: in the first 6 months you will explore the department you are part of, by working with two different teams. Challenge yourself with the Sustainability project, contributing either within the company or the Foundation.
- 12 months – International Assignment: Building on the knowledge gained at HQs, embark on a 12-month international assignment in one of our 26 operating countries, dependant on each person’s career path and area of development.
- Graduation: after 18 months, you’ll reach the culmination of the program, and will be ready to graduate and contribute to the company’s growth by making a difference.
