We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.What are we looking for?We are looking for an Technical business analysts with Contact Center / CRM , working close to one of our main clients.First of all, the resource will need to schedule with technical SMES to understand what are the changes that the project will introduce and what is the expected milestone in which this change is going to happen – Then, the resource will require to analyse the impact of this changes and if the project will provide solutions to mitigate this impacts. The resource will establish follow up sessions with the impacted teams to provide the status of the change, schedule POCs or provide details about the training plan. Mandatory skills ‘- vast previous experience in a similar role in Financial services – Strong written and verbal communication skills in English – proactive, hands on role and ensuring actions are completed, followed up on – Knowledge of Mainframe and MQ Nice to have skills – Previous experience using collaborative and knowledge share tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Teams; – Good understanding of Agile development/Software life cycle; – Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile certification; – Financial Services industry experience, preferably within mortgages.Valuable and desirable: being entitled of Disability Certificate (at least 33% score).Work location100% remote within Spain.Work scheduleBusiness Hours.
