Job description
We are looking for a Product Manager profile who, reporting directly to the Managing Director, will be in charge of regularly monitoring the market of competence related to the Women’s Health therapeutic area, in particular Gynaecology and Dermatology, the performance of the products of competence and competitors, focusing on the optimisation and management of the products in Portfolio and the possible launch of new pharmaceutical products not yet in the pipeline both on the OTC and RX lines.Specifically, he/she will be in charge of:
- Elaborate the Marketing plan, taking care of the positioning within the Dermatology/Gynaecology therapeutic class
- Competitive intelligence and analysis of scientific data on related therapeutical areas
Planning, realisation, implementation and analysis of online and offline promotional campaignsPreparation and leading in product trainings and cycle meetings with field forceImplementation of marketing campaigns and creation of digital contentPreparation in Congresses, industry eventsEstablishing and maintaining relationships with KOLsMonthly verification of product procurement forecast for logistical updateMonthly processing and monitoring of the budget for the product(s) of competenceCampaign feedback management: Periodic reporting of cycle campaigns, products P&L verification, proposals for possible corrective actions.Product Manager Women’s Health|Pharmaceutical CompanyRequirements:
- Degree in a scientific or marketing-related discipline
- at least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies in marketing department
- Experience and successful track record in driving new tools/improvements from initial conception to launch of pharmaceutical or dermocosmetic-related products
- Entrepreneurial spirit and focus on execution
- Excellent analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience and successful track record in driving new tools/improvements
- Flexibility to deal with changing priorities and effectively multi-task on multiple initiatives/projects
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
Our client is a Pharmaceutical Company, specialized in women’s health, part of a European Group.The type of grading will be commensurate with the experience and background of the identified professional.
Expected salary
€40000 – 41000 per year
