About The RoleDelivering what we promiseMorrison Water Services is seeking a talented Programme Business Analyst to join our dynamic team within the Capital Delivery team and working for the Thames Water contract.As the Programme Business Analyst you will need to collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for the projects within Capital Delivery. Translate business needs into actionable plans, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams. Thorough data analysis you will identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive strategic decision-making.You will act as a liaison between business users, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives. Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the projects. Assist in the implementation and configuration of analytical solutions to support commercial, customer service, H&S and Operational initiatives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices and methodologies within the organization.Do you have proven experience as a Programme Business Analyst , with a strong understanding of water infrastructure and services?Can you demonstrate proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, with experience working in Agile environments?Have you gained hands-on experience with PowerBI, configuration, and customization?Do you have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy?Are you an excellent communicator and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization?Are you self-motivated and proactive with a passion for continuous learning and professional development?What’s in it for you?
