As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Top AMS Verification Engineer to join our dynamic team in Trento, Italy.In this role, you will be responsible for verifying the functionality and performance of our Analogue and Mixed-Signal (AMS) designs, in addition to handling, leading, coordinating and implementing the architectural specification, and abstract modelling.You will work closely with our Design Engineers and Digital Verification team to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.You will:
- Develop comprehensive verification plans for AMS designs.
- Implement and complete verification tests using industry-standard tools and methodologies (e.g. Cadence, Synopsis, etc.).
- Collaborate with design engineers to identify and resolve issues in the design.
- Perform functional and performance verification of analogue and mixed-signal circuits.
- Develop and maintain verification infrastructure and automation scripts.
- Analyze and debug simulation failures to ensure accurate verification results.
- Document verification procedures, results, and findings.
- Participate in periodical reporting, design reviews, internal seminars, and training sessions.
You will Bring:
- PhD or MSC or equivalent degree and academic background in Integrated Electronics Design.
- English Fluency
- Proven experience in IC design and verification.
- Good understanding and simulation of common mixed-signal blocks (A/D converters, voltage/current references, bandgaps, amplifiers, PLLs, etc.)
- Experience with mixed-signal/mixed-mode simulations, Verilog-a/ams, Verilog, Wreal modelling, etc.
- Proficiency with EDA tools from vendors such as Cadence, Synopsys, etc.
- Basic knowledge of UVM and familiarity with the digital simulation environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of CMOS process and/or CMOS Image Sensors is a benefit.
- Experience in working with multi-ethnical, multi-functional and remote teams
