You’ll lead a dynamic team comprising Inside Sales, Field Sales, and Large Account Managers. Your responsibilities include driving new sales opportunities, nurturing existing client-relationships, and ensuring your team’s success through focused management of key performance indicators. Providing mentorship and coaching to Sales Representatives is crucial.In today’s “modern” selling landscape, fostering a strong, collaborative culture is key. You’ll be instrumental in sustaining this environment, not just within your team, but across the company by collaborating with Sales Leaders throughout Europe.
