Reporting to the Head of Delivery you will create great Agile working environments in the Squads / Tribe you support, driving productivity through high performing teams.Working with Product Managers, Engineering Managers and senior stakeholders, to ensure teams understand their mission, vision, and goals, facilitating alignment across the organisation will be a critical part of this role.Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver products and services through multidisciplinary Tribes and where required on complex initiatives
  • Plan, communicate, and visualise progress towards goals, actively managing risks, issues, and dependencies some may be across multiple Tribes, Squads and teams
  • Own all planning-related work within the Squads, ensuring intentional and effective planning resulting in impactful and realistic plans
  • Set the standard for Agile working environments across Gousto, through best practices and new perspectives, fostering healthy team dynamics and routines
  • Create great Agile working environments in the Squads / Tribe you support and identify appropriate partners to make it reality
  • Continually improve delivery methods and approaches to team working within your Tribe, Squads and complex initiatives
  • Work with your Senior Tribe Leadership Teams including Product Managers, Engineering Managers and Tribe sponsors, to ensure teams understand their mission, vision, and goals, aligning them across the organisation
  • Establish effective relationships, cross-team / cross-functional collaboration, with clear communication, and decision-making within your Tribe

Who You Are

  • Experienced Senior Agile Delivery Manager with practical expertise in Agile and Lean methodologies
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering cross functional software projects and products of either scale and complexity, or across a specific portfolio(s), from validation to launch
  • Applies in-depth knowledge to enhance product delivery through Agile methodologies, creating an efficient and collaborative working environment
  • Passionate Senior Agile Delivery Manager, dedicated to coaching and mentoring teams you support
  • Help continually improve processes, ways of working and Agile delivery approaches within teams
  • Integrates constructive feedback into leadership style, developing a culture of continuous improvement
  • Deep understanding of problems before proposing solutions, ensuring balance between technical direction and business value
  • Brings excellent quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills and an ability to translate metrics, research and trends into viable strategies

QualificationsPreferred:

  • Scrum Master Certification
  • Relevant Project Management qualification (AgilePM, PMP, PRINCE2 Agile)
