We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Legal Department, specializing in International Business Law (including but not limited to tax laws and corporate laws).   • Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on international business laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to our industry.
  • Documentation: Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to international transactions.
  • Cross-border Transactions: Support the legal team in the analysis and management of cross-border business transactions.
  • Compliance: Monitor changes in international business laws and regulations to ensure company compliance. Assist in developing and maintaining compliance programs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist the in-house counsel in onboarding the company with financial institutions, providers.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal support and advice on various international business matters.
  • Monitor the evolution of laws and regulations

RequirementsBackground and experience

  • You are preparing a Master 2 with a focus on International business law, tax law, or financial law
  • A previous experience in a Fintech or a law firm would be appreciated

Skills and personality

  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of legal principles and business practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and legal research databases.
  • You are motivated, curious, and eager to learn.
  • Professional proficiency in English and French.
