Name and description of the hiring department
Claim’s group is responsible to open and manage claim on Bell Canada’s network.
Key Responsibilities
- Track, obtain and analyze forms and the associated costs related the claim
- Scrutinize all documents to ensure completeness and accuracy of information
- Analyze, detail and validate cost and process corrections if applicable
- Create, monitor and close all related files in various systems
- Provide all pertinent information required for the recovery
- Receive calls to initiate claims against liable third parties
Critical Qualifications
- Knowledge of English and French are required: Proficiency in the language without any significant restrictions, Maintaining professional relationships with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada is critical to this position
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of outside network
- Knowledge of the following applications : CMS, FWFM, Horizon and ACUT
- SAP
