This post is permanent, full-time – Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outpatient Team Secretary to join the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and friendly individual to join the team at the Rowan Centre to provide day to day secretarial and administrative support.The successful candidate should be a confident team player and enjoy working with people in a very busy office environment with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, experience of using Microsoft Office, ability to prioritise their daily workload to meet service demands and deal with confidential situations in a sensitive approach. Applicants should have good organisational and keyboard skills and be confident in their use of IT systems.A main part of this role will be to administratively manage referral processing but also supporting a variety of different healthcare professionals within the service i.e. Nurses, Psychologists and Occupational Therapists with their administrative tasks.
