JOB PURPOSE:

As the Brand manager FS & local QSR France, you are a strong contributor to the strategic activation strategy in the potato and appetizer categories towards the Foodservice and QSR market over the French Market. You contribute to the set business objectives of the French region by successfully managing a broad range of projects that supports us in analyzing, developing and executing our propositions in collaboration with the other Marketing and Sales teams. You need to work closely together with the other central and local marketing teams of FS and QSR.

Report to: Marketing Manager Food Service & QSR CE

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Lead and activate prioritized business opportunities in FS and QSR
• Prepare and monitor the implementation of marketing plans, including (trade) marketing plans
• Implements the innovation and portfolio optimalisation projects on French Market
• Co-Drive the (online-offline) activation calendar and support the delivery on the lead generation objectives via campaigns and tradeshows
• Make recommendations and create Sales tools for insights, growth strategies, and supporting tactics at local level
• Conduct market analysis and gain insights specific to the French Market region, identifying and translating them into business opportunities
• Connect to Internal stakeholders (like innovation and category team) to assure FS priority in the company driven projects 
• Take responsibility and accountability for McCain’s performance in the cluster

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong marketing background preferable in Food Service 
• 3+ years of experience in an FMCG company 
• Excellent communication skills, written & spoken 
• Strong command of English language, written & spoken
• Good analytical & project management skills
• Good strategic mindset
• Passion for food and foodservice market (must like it to deal with customers)
• Digital affinity with lead generation process understanding
• Problem solving: very good level of problem-solving abilities to drive projects & multiple partners (internal & external)
