– Collaboration in the follow up of the 9th Social Volunteering Plan promoted by the Volunteering Classroom of the Service of Attention to the University Community and in exceptional volunteering activities.
– Organisation of Volunteering acts and promotion of institutional events.
– Revision of volunteering agreements and management of new propositions.
– Technical support in sensitisation activities related to the project.
– Participation in activities and events organised by the Service of Attention to the University Community.
– Management of digital resources and social networks that favour the dissemination of the previous duties.Selection processMerits based tender process (maximum 10 points):1. Academic training (3 points maximum)A) Academic file of the minimum degree required: B 0.5 points, A 1 point.B) MSc of education in socio-educational contexts: 1 point.C) Non-official MSc related to the job position: 0.5 point (1 point maximum).D) Awards, academic distinctions and recognitions (0.5 for each).2. Professional experience (3 points maximum)A) 0.25 per month or fraction of labour experience with groups of elderly people (up to 1 point).B) 0.10 per month or fraction in other collaborations of promotion of socioeducational activities (up to 1 point).C) 0.10 per month or fraction in projects/grants of collaboration in the university scope (up to 1 point).3. Training and other competences (2 points maximum).
Non-regulated training by national, regional and local public institutions, entities, associations and NGOs will be valued.A) 0.10 per activity of 20 hours of training and counseling related to the tasks to be carried out in the programme (1 point maximum).B) 0.25 per competence-training activity (leadership, group presentation, communication skills, team management, etc.).C) English language certificates: recognised B2 (0.5 points), recognised C1 (1 point).D) Recognised training in digital competences: 0.10 points per training activity related to the use and design of digital resources (1 point maximum).4. Interview: (2 points maximum).Only the candidates that reach 50% of the score in sections 1, 2 and 3 will be called.The suitability and capacity for the job position will be valued, paying special attention to organisation and management capacity, willingness to working with groups, digital content design, social network management, and experience in the coordination of volunteering activities.Previous experience of document management and other computer and telematic competences will also be considered.Other knowledge and merits that enable the viability of the programme will also be valued, as well as other experience or training that has not been taken into account in the previous sections.Additional commentsIn compliance with Section 8 of the Resolution of the University of Huelva of December 12, 2023, which establishes the legal basis and schedule for the publication of public tenders for personnel contracts for the realisation and execution of projects, grants, agreements and contracts with third parties of fixed duration for the year 2023 ( ), the application must be accompanied by the following documents in order for the applications to be included in the lists of admitted and excluded applicants and be submitted to an oficial Registry:A.
