As a Logistics Manager at CONMED, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations to ensure efficient functioning and optimal utilization of resources for our French logistic organization with cross-functional support to our Regional EU DC. You will be tasked with managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, and implementing procedures to enhance productivity and safety.

What You’ll Do:

  • and implement warehouse policies and procedures to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
  • and enforce safety regulations and practices to create a safe working environment.
  • receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to prevent discrepancies
  • Coordination of local demo and loaner account to provide high quality service to end customers
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols
  • Optimize warehouse layout and organization to facilitate smooth workflow and minimize handling costs. Prepare FR logistics for future growth
  • with other FR functions and Regional EU DC to meet inventory needs and customer demands
  • Commercial group as key Business partner
  • and support F&A site at Ecully – Lyon from OPS perspective
  • Utilize ConMed ERP and other technology tools to track inventory, monitor performance metrics (KPI), and generate reports.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with strong organizational and multitasking skills

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistic processes. Healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations Excellent
  • Excellent knowledge of verbal and written French and English
