In this role, you will lead a team responsible for the delivery of learning offerings to associates and clients. You will ensure that our Learning Delivery offerings effectively support the needs of the business by focusing on process improvements, identifying operational efficiencies, and providing an effortless modern learning experience for the associates and clients.
Daily, you will collaborate with Leaders both in Enterprise Learning and the business units to ensure alignment and successful execution of learning deliverables. Coach, mentor, and support continuous learning and staff development that enhances individual performance and team capabilities.
Integrity, resilience, positivity, and agility are must-haves in this role. Integral to this is the responsibility to provide input in the instructional design process, identify and incorporate delivery innovations, seek out and incorporate feedback and provide robust thought leadership specific to modern learning delivery methods, and lead medium to large scale projects.

What you’ll do:

Coach and Develop High Performing Teams. You will lead, coach, and mentor a team of learning consultants responsible for delivering training to ADP associates and clients.

Leverage Data to Make Strategic Decisions. You will monitor the performance and operating standards of the team. Capture and analyze a broad range of metrics to provide insights, demonstrate impact, and drive continuous improvement.

Build Relationships Across the ADP Family. You will build and cultivate relationships with ADP Enterprise learning leadership, ADP Learning communities of practice, HR technology, support, and other groups/leaders.

Engages as a member of the organization’s senior leadership to partner and drive strategic growth, associate retention and development.

Manages the learning delivery revenue plan, budget, facilities, equipment and resources associated with delivery.

Collaborate with IT to develop, manage, and maintain technology requirements (learning databases and environment) and applications (LMS, GesCOF, MobiTeach, WebiTeach, WebEx, etc) supporting the successful deployment and administration of learning.

Work closely with the HR Department, especially the Learning Manager in charge of the Development plan for all associates in France

Partner with business leaders and relevant stakeholders to assess learning needs, providing inputs on improving content/curriculum that meets the current knowledge/domain needs.

Consults with and communicates with senior management on learning demand and forecast, the effectiveness of delivery, the variety of learning resources and solutions to ensure that business objectives are being met.

Understands learning demand and forecast and builds capacity to meet learning requirements of various business verticals.
What we are looking for:

A college degree is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don’t have a college degree, other acceptable experiences could include:

Five plus years of relevant work experience including two-plus years of People Leadership (direct or indirect), Learning and Project Management

Team leadership, project management, resilience, negotiation, and trust-building.

French at native/proficiency level, English at professional proficiency level. Other additional languages will be considered a plus.
