Job Summary

As Accounting Manager, you ensure the production and supervision of the company’s financial statements, the application of accounting standards, in relation to third parties. You ensure the reliability of the data collected and participate in the development of decision-making tools for management.

Responsibilities

• General accounting

• Ensure the accounting of payroll entries or the computer transfer of payroll software to accounting

• Check the VAT entries

• Keep the capital asset base up to date and make related entries

• Calculate the month-end provisions to be included in the balance sheet and make entries to prepare the financial statements

• Check and approve the general balance

• Control and approve charge subscription entries and any adjustments

• Validate the reconciliations of balance sheet accounts within the allotted time

• Supplier Accounting

• Supervise the accounts payable

• Manage the supplier payment process

• Supervise the entry, pointing and lettering of supplier accounting entries

• Monitor supplier disputes and late penalties

• Manage the process of receivables

• Reporting

• Control and detail reporting for the FP&A service

• Perform US tax reporting

• Reconciliation between the company accounts and US GAAP

• Taxation

• Calculate and pay taxes

• Check the calculation of the tax result and the corporation tax monthly

• Develop the tax package and schedules

• Relations with auditors and auditors

• Management

• Develop the skills of its employees

• Develop the versatility of your team

• Conduct business conversations

Basic Qualifications

• Graduate in accounting, a minimum of 5 years experience in accounting firm or industrial environment is required.

Key Competencies

• A first experience in management is also desired.

• Rigor, analytical ability and leadership characterize you.

• English read, written and spoken required.
