Content production

  • Design blended learning tools (in-room training tools, eLearning, webinars, videos, tutorials, quizzes, handout documents, etc.)
  • Update training materials on a regular basis

Community management and platform administration

  • Support countries in their training rollouts (train the trainer, follow-up, return on experience and feedback gathering)
  • Administrate Global Blue’s learning platform (learners management, modules accessibility and update)
  • Facilitate communication and coordinate exchanges with countries to ensure proper rollout of the training strategy
  • Manage training tools accessibility

Tracking and reporting

  • Collaborate with Sales to follow-up and analyse training results
  • Formalize and administrate dashboards monitoring the training activity and performance both from Global Blue and the client side

Facilitation

  • Design and deliver virtual and in-person learning events
  • Facilitate and/or participate in train-the-trainer, pilot sessions, in-store coaching sessions, and course overviews, as necessary

Innovation

  • Build your expertise by participating to meetings, conferences, store visits and stay in touch with competition and market trends
  • Keep yourself up to date with training innovations (facilitation, experience, digital, learning community management) to get inspired and use new approaches in the training tools you develop
