???? Your Missions:
Within the Group Human Resources Department, the Talent, Inclusion & Learning team is responsible for deploying standards for the employee experience to attract, retain and develop our talent worldwide.
The Talent Development Project Coordinator will work and manage projects mainly related to internal talent development programs and the diversity & inclusion field.
Talent Development:
At Group level, Sonepar offers two Development Programs. One is aimed at young talent who are ready to move up within the Group, and the second, which is aimed at employees who already hold leadership positions. We collaborate with INSEAD, a leading international business school.
In regard to Development Programs, you will contribute to:
- Preparing Talent Review sessions,
- Follow-up of participants’ needs in terms of training and development.
Diversity and Inclusion:
- As part of the deployment of the Group’s Diversity and Inclusion strategy, you will contribute to:
- Monitoring progress of the different countries’ D&I action plan,
- Launching internal employee networks (ERGs),
- Identifying and promoting local best practices internationally.
As part of your experience, you will be able to participate in Talent Management projects related to career development. Depending on the team’s roadmap and your own areas of interests, you could also be involved in other projects.

- You are preparing a second year of Master’s degree. You have a degree with a specialization in HR and/or a particular interest in talent management and/or diversity & inclusion.
- You have good interpersonal skills, are curious and passionate about people
- You have good projects management skills (planning, keeping track, engaging, measuring outcome)
- You are a team player and can work in an international network with different cultures.
- You are open-minded
- You are mastering the Office Pack
- You are at ease working in English, both written and spoken (minimum level B2)
