What you’ll do & Who you are
As part of the External Communications and CSR Department, you will report to the Head of Press and Social Networks:
Your main tasks will be :
Press relations
- Drawing up and monitoring targeted press plans to support boncoin’s actions and multiple markets
- Supporting the development of proactive and reactive public relations opportunities, directing communications and coordinating their execution with the drafting, sending and relaunching of press tools (press releases, press kits, etc.)
- Daily monitoring of the brand’s sectors to develop knowledge of the market
- Managing a press agency that supports us in the automotive market
- Identifying subjects and opportunities for speaking engagements
- Managing interviews and filming (drafting and updating language for spokespersons)
- Updating press files
- Updating and feeding the press site (Wiztopic)
- Managing the various press requests
- Weekly assessment and analytical reporting of press coverage
Corporate social networks
- Management of a trainee community manager
- Managing editorial planning for the leboncoin brand’s corporate accounts (Linkedin and instagram @chezleboncoin @leboncoincorporate) and the advertising network (Linkedin: leboncoin Publicité)
- Piloting Sociabble, our employee ambassador programme, which involves over 250 employees (monitoring, validation, setting up challenges, etc.)
- Participation in brainstorming sessions and social network strategies
- Weekly reporting on the performance of posts and campaigns
- Monitoring new platforms and the competition
Skills required
- You have a higher education qualification (communications school or university) and at least 4 years’ experience working for an advertiser or in an agency.
- The media and the world of social networks hold no secrets for you.
- Good interpersonal skills, to work well with internal teams (communication, marketing, market managers) and external partners
- The ability to learn and adapt quickly to understand the challenges facing the market and the company
- Good knowledge of social networks
- Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to make proposals
6/7 month fixed-term contract to replace maternity leave, to be filled from 3 JUNE 2024
