Nous recherchons pour notre centre de distribution situé à Jonage un(e) Coordinateur(rice) Transport en CDD.

Vous serez en charge :

• Des opérations à réaliser selon les processus définis afin de répondre à l’ensemble des demandes clients en France Métropole, en Europe et à l’international en termes de disponibilité, de transport, d’opérations douanières, de livraison et de facturation de produits ainsi que du suivi qualité des opérations
• Du suivi, en collaboration avec la supply chain (responsable de la gestion des stocks), de l’adéquation de la demande face aux possibilités opérationnelles de gestion au niveau du Magasin et aux possibilités contractuelles définies avec les transporteurs.
• Des opérations administratives liées à la réception / facturation des produits dans le système informatique (SAP et JDE)
• Du suivi des facturations et coûts Transport
• Analyse des données relatives aux indicateurs de performance

Profil :

Issu(e) d’un BTS ou DUT Transport ou Commerce International, vous maîtrisez les déclarations en douane, avec un anglais courant.

Vous disposez d’une première expérience dans un environnement exigeant et d’une aisance avec les systèmes d’informations & pack office.

Rigueur, dynamisme, motivation et travail en équipe sont les éléments prépondérants de ce poste.
