The position
Act as the evidence generation lead for France by leading the affiliate’s evidence generation plan (EGP), supporting in identifying the evidence gaps for Therapy Areas/ products and manage local studies (RWE, Registries, ISS, NIS).
You will carry out the following tasks :
- Develop and manage the internal process for Investigator Initiated Studies (IISs), including contract and budget management and follow-up with IIS investigators as required
- Drive and facilitate product development plan (PDP) input for the North-West Europe (NWE) PDP Forum
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the Development of Evidence Generation Plan (EGP) which is complementary and aligned with Product Development Plan (PDP) input
- Provide close support to CMR Vice President to ensure that France needs are reflected in the PDP feedback across all Therapy Areas
- Lead priority new study / project proposals that support the Life Cycle Management of all Therapy Areas
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you need to have:
- A scientific background (Epidemiology, public health or Life Science degree or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in evidence generation within the pharmaceutical industry (Epidemiological, descriptive as well as clinical effectiveness data)
- Experience of managing studies (RWE, Registries, Pragmatic, ISS) with high integrity to data
- In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and clinical research
- Fluent in written and spoken English
About the department
You will join our Medical Department and will report to our Medical Vice President (VP CMR). You will liaise with both internal (CMR department, RMA managers, Marketing teams, PEPs, medical information, P&O, finance, North West Region) and external (Local and international Health care Professionals, investigators and Influencers (Opinion Leaders); Academic societies, Patients associations) stakeholders.
