Main responsibilities

• Collect and assess current state-of-the-art market intelligence on Directs scope suppliers and deliver market intelligence tools

• Supporting buyers in strategies and trends, arming them to better negotiate with accurate and relevant data: Giving mid/long term perspectives on sourcing localization vis a vis climate switch, Environmental Social Governance (sustainable development of ecosystem) & Developing tailored cost breakdowns.

• Educating our stakeholders, business partners with market context and evolution and giving them the right level of understanding and information.

• Own review process

• Highly contributing to finance cycle exercises, strategic plan/budget and regular reporting (e.g. D+3) and forecasting (e.g. T1, T2).

• Acting as focal point for Finance community.

• Contribute to the transformation of our Directs Procurement team by educating, facilitating change management, supporting vis a vis business partners.

About you

• Experience of Market Intelligence position and/or experience in Consumer Health Care or FMCG is a plus.

• First experience is not mandatory.

• Business acumen and strategic thinking.

• Effective communication skills to engage/motivate/lead teams.

• Continuous improvement oriented.

• Understanding in Cost management, budgeting and controlling – ability to understand and explain an Industrial P&L to pilot financial performance.

• Experience in market intelligence and/or procurement preferre.

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Engineering or Business or another relevant field. An MBA preferred.

• Fluent in English – International and multi-cultural mindset.
