YOUR ROLE
- Lead the definition of Global Quality Framework and Governance and coordinates the deployment across the Regions.
- Supports the definition of CEVA Quality Strategy and ensures Objectives are set and delivered in alignment with CEVA Vision.
- Provides Support and Guidance to all Global Stakeholders with regards to Quality aspects while promoting a Quality Culture within the organization.
- Provides support and guidance to the Regional QHSE teams with regards to the Global Strategy to be delivered within the regions.
- Promotes Global initiatives to enhance the Quality Culture and Awareness within CEVA.
- Ensure a consistent cascade of Q objectives, targets and performance measurement with a targeted approach to improvement.
- Drive & foster a framework to proactively ensure the needs of the Company’s customers are met & addressed with excellence.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Ensure that Global Quality Strategy has been developed , continuously improved and enforced at Regional Level
- Proactively contribute to ensure the team works as a “high performing team” , being inspirational leaders for others in the organization
- Coordinates the continuous review of the Quality Framework ensuring compliance to all Standards and meeting Customers’ expectations.
- Ensure that the Quality Blueprint around the world is a fit for purpose and adhered by the regions.
- Accountable for the follow up and verification of accurate Quality data records and KPI reporting to Top Management and global stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of Quality performance review to the global top management team in a regular basis and ensure actions plans exist and are effective.
- Ensure self, team members, and the function overall stays abreast of regulations, standards, best practices, and innovations.
- Contribute to create a Quality culture and buid up of Quality capabilities within the organization
- Ensure Regions wide compliance to QHSE Standards (ISO 9001, GDP, ISO 14001, and ISO45001) and that CEVA Certifications are kept as per Global Governance.
- Improve continuously, initiate where needed and support the establishment of Policies and related processes.
- Proactively identify Risks related to his/her area of accountability while developing suitable AP to mitigate the risk. Report on the status of network quality risks and compliance to Standards.
- Supports with the team any Healthcare Global or Strategic accounts implementation throughout the network
- Ensure the team stay abreast of the latest healthcare/export/import and trade regulations and best practices to ensure Healthcare Standards (e.g. GDP, ISO 13485, FDA regulation etc,.) compliance.
- Collaborate with the HSE Global team in maintaining a suitable and effective IMS
- Coordinate among others , with the team global plans on :
- Audit Program (external, internal)
- Training on selected Quality topics
- Quality Tools to sustain IMS (Intelex, digitalized induction, etc.)
- Implementation and compliance to ISO standards
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- University Degree
- 10 to 15 years’ experience in Quality management within the industry (e.g. Logistics, consumer goods, medical devices or Pharma) of which at least 10 years in a managerial role.
- Strong expertise and experience in a
- Quality operational (manufacturing) role, particularly in the Healthcare sector will be an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, independently or as a team player.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a global and matrixed environment.
- Quality Standards ( Iso 9001, GDP,GMP,ISO 13485, FDA Regulation)
- Extensive knowledge in Quality Assurance in a highly regulated environment.
