Description
MISSIONS
As a Communication Business Partner you will be in charge of :
- Being the key communication referent for several divisions of AXA Group Operations to showcase how they are supporting AXA’s strategy by implementing innovative Gen AI, InsurTech and security solutions as well as supporting AXA Group Operations Transformation.
o Define and roll out a yearly communication plan supporting the ambitions of the divisions under your supervision towards the other entities of the Group and the market.
o Manage the overall relation with the different professional families and experts with the aim of building a strong community.
o Advise key leaders and spokespersons as to how best to communicate about their activities.
- Being a member of the global communication team, you will contribute to the definition, implementation and roll-out of the AXA Group Operations communication strategy.
o Be in charge of specific global communication projects to create business value.
o Launch new projects which can bring higher expertise to the communication team (tools – systems – content management).
o Participate and contribute to the global communication governance.
- Developping and supervise communication production with the support of the communications experts and innovative solution (Internal TV Studio, podcasts, …).
o Develop and supervise communication production supported by other communication experts of the department.
o Design and produce internal live show.
- Being responsible to identify, screen, analyze and validate potential external communication opportunities to position AXA as a frontrunner in technology and innovation in the market:
o Top technological and insurance business events globally
o Media opportunities along with AXA Group Communication
o Social media content
Qualifications
Technical and professional skills:
- 10 years proven experience in communication; ideally in tech and data field
- Degree in Communication, Business, political sciences, or economics
- Strong communications skills (including strong mastery of oral and written communication…)
- Strong stakeholder’s management
- Community management
- Knowledge of IT, Security and Tech trends
- Fluent in English and French
- Proven capacity to work in transversal multicultural teams with other departments.
- Experience /training in project management (planning, budgeting, etc.),
Relational skills:
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
- Ability to manage different types of stakeholders (Executives, Managers and Experts)
- Ability to drive change
- Strong team player, including ability to work in multi-cultural team
- Autonomy, ability to do multi-task, prioritize and deliver on time
- Dynamism, reactivity, commitment
