As a Business Analyst in Keelings International, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic change through technology implementation and optimisation. You will be the bridge between business needs and technological solutions, working collaboratively to unlock efficiency, improve decision-making through data, and ultimately fuel our continued growth.

  • Requirements gathering and analysis: Work with internal teams (finance, procurement, operations, logistics, sales) to identify business needs and translate them into clear and concise user stories and functional specifications.
  • System selection and implementation: Collaborate with IT department and software vendors to define, evaluate, and implement new technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Project Management: Mange projects and associated cross functional project teams to deliver projects. Ensuring that budgets constraints and timelines are met and that internal processes are followed for approvals and cost management.
  • Change management: Develop and execute effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle and manage transitions smoothly.
  • Data analysis and reporting: Utilise data visualization tools to analyse system performance, identify areas for improvement, and build compelling reports for key decision-makers.
  • Process improvement: Partner with teams to streamline workflows and optimize operational efficiency through technology integrations and process automation.
  • User training and support: Develop and deliver user training materials and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
  • Project management: Work collaboratively with project managers to track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and define business needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and reporting software.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
  • Understanding of fresh produce industry and its key business processes (a plus)
